The Jungle Blog |
Hey I'm Amy & I was daydreaming of working at Walt Disney World, in Florida. That dream has become a reality! & I had the BEST YEAR OF MY LIFE. Feb 2011 - Feb 2012. CRP UK Pavilion. This is a blog of amateur sorts, recording the process of how I scored the dream job & my general life & beyond... |

So in this section will contain all the information about what happens before I get to Walt Disney World. The CRB check, the Visa, insurance & booking a flight & hotel!
On October 26th documents were uploaded onto everyones Yummy accounts. They just contained information about each of the steps & were easy to follow step-by-steps of what to do & what to expect.
CRB CHECK
On my Yummy account apart from my documents being uploaded, I was able to pay the required £55 for Yummy to process my CRB check. The following morning in the post I recieved my first post from Yummy, in it was the CRB form. Very simple & straightforward, I read over my notes from Yummy which I had printed off & completed the form.
I sent it back the following day via recorded delievery as it is a very important document - as it determines if you can work in the US as they want to make sure you have not got a criminal record, as this is a place were you deal with children. Also it can take upto 12 weeks to be returned!
Yummy also ask that you send in a photocopy of your passport & birth certificate. They only need copies as you show your originals at the interviews. Also you need to send a copy of the reciept for the £55.
